  • What modes of payment (MOP) can I use?
    • We accept bank and e-wallet deposit but we do not accept Credit card or Paypal.
  • Where are you located?
    • We're from Quezon City. You may type-in, "Araw Gabi MNL" on your Waze or Grab app.
  • How to order in bulk?
    • You may directly message us on FB or IG for faster transaction.
    • Also, we request you to order in advance, at least 15-30 days before your event date so we can re-stock our supplies.
  • What is your shipping method?
    • We offer self pick-up at our mini store or you may book a courier (Grab, Lalamove, or Transportify).
    • When can I expect my orders?
    • If you ordered here or through Shopee, you can expect your orders within 2-5 days if within Metro Manila. If outside Metro Manila, it will be 4-10 days.
    • Same day delivery is also available (dm us for faster release), but recipient must cover booking arrangement and shipping fee.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    • Once an order has been processed and packed, we are unable to accommodate cancellations or refunds, aligning with our commitment to uphold the hygiene and quality standards of our carefully curated products. However, if your order has not yet been packed, we are happy to assist with cancellations.  We want you to be satisfied with our products in which we’re putting every effort into creating ideal products perfect for you. Thank you for your understanding and support!
  • Do you offer reselling and rebranding?
    • We do not offer reselling or rebranding of our products.
